We have mentioned our Procedure of booking, Cancellation Policy, and refund system of the company. We suggest that you read and understand our policy before you book any package of Delta Flight Tours and Travels. This is the legally binding agreement between YOU (client) and Delta Flight Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd (company). We are a legally registered company numbered 140523/072/073. We believe that while you are booking our any program or Package you are accepting our Policy. The booking and cancellation policy is given below.
Booking and Payment Policy.
To make a trip booking you must fill out the booking form and send a passport copy, with a passport-size photo on company email. We need 30% of the total amount for the Nepal trip and tickets and 40% for Tibet, Bhutan, and Tibet trip as an advance to confirm the trip. The rest of the amount needs to be paid before departure in Kathmandu for the Nepal trip, Bhutan and Tibet. you have to pay before 20 days of the departure date. You can pay through Booking deposit, Bank transfer, Online banking card, and Money transfer. Our Banking detail is given below.

Your credit card was charged by (Janata Bank CREDIT CARD DEVISION) on behalf of Delta Flight Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. There will be 4% surcharge to the bank when you make a credit card payment.
Nepal tour and trekking Cancellation and Postponed policy of Delta Flight Tours and Travels.
Cancellation on your trip before 20 days is free.
Cancellation on your trip before 14 days, 20% of the total amount and the full amount on the flight ticket will be charged.
Cancellation on your trip before 7 days, 60% of the total amount and the full amount on the flight ticket will be charged.
If you cancel your trip within 4 days of your programmed date then we are sorry to refund you any amount.
If you want to postpone your package dates then you need to post pond before 10 days.
If you post-pond last minute, then you need to pay a 50% charge on the cost and deduct the amount of the flight ticket.
Cancellation and Postpone policy for Bhutan and Tibet trip.
If you want to cancel 30 days before the trip then we will charge 20 % amount and deduct the amount of the flight ticket.
If you cancel the trip 20 days before the departure then it is 100% non-refundable.
If you want to postpone the trip before 20 days then we will postpone free. You have to pay the flight ticket postponement charge.
If you want to postpone the trip before 10 days then we will postpone the trip you have to pay the visa fee and flight ticket postponement charge.
Cancellation from Delta Flight Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd
The company reserves the right to cancel any trip you booked unless guaranteed to run.
Delta Flight Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to cancel any trip, including a guaranteed trip, prior to departure due to reasons beyond its control (natural disasters, flight cancellation, consequences of strikes, industrial action, wars, government intervention, and weather conditions. In that case, we will refund your full trip cost.
Glance Tours and Treks is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses. On that case, the client may have to incur as a result of the booking such as visas, non-refundable tickets, and other losses.
Travel Insurance.
When you are booking a trip with Delta Flight Tours and Travels, Travel Insurance is compulsory for you. We cannot accept it without your Insurance. Your insurance must cover accidents, Injury, illness, death, medical expenses, including any related to medical conditions, and emergency evacuation.(Including helicopter rescue and air ambulance where applicable) and your valuable things (Like a camera, phone, luggage etc.)
You must be liable in any emergency evacuation in Nepal, otherwise, your travel insurance company has to pay the agreement on your behalf.
Flight cancellation and delay
Sometimes Mountain is hazy so flights may be delayed or canceled. In that case our itinerary will change, at that time company is not responsible. Guest must bear the additional cost (his/her accommodation, food and guide fee). Some time we try to fly helicopter that time adding cost out of flight ticket has to pay by guest.
Adding days
Sometime client cannot walk during the trek on itineraries we have to adding the days. On that time adding the price the price is total cost by dividing days.
Valuable Things and Passport
You can keep your valuable thing (passport, camera, Money and important document) by yourself. If you loose on the way we are not responsible.
